How to Use RFT v3.5 – Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Have your valid OTP ready for the desired service. Step 2: Download the latest version of O+ Support or MSM Tool. Step 3: Open RFT v3.0 from the folder and enter your OTP. Step 4: Click the Login button and wait for the Flash Tool to open. Step 5: Once open, use your OTP as both username and password. Step 6: Check the connection port and load the correct firmware in the Flash Tool. Step 7: Confirm the Model, PCB, and Item Code shown in the tool. Step 8: If the PCB and item code match, enable the NV Default option. Step 9: Verify the connection port. If it’s active, click Start. Step 10: Once connected, do not interrupt the process. Wait until completion. Step 11: If the device is disconnected after authentication is successful, no refund will be issued.
Troubleshooting Tip
If the loaded file does not appear in the tool:
Close the tool.
Reopen it from the ZIP folder using the RFT Loader.
This usually resolves the issue.
OTP Usage & Refund Policy
Your OTP will expire automatically in the following cases:
Authentication successful
Wrong firmware/file used – instant loss
Disconnected during the flashing process
NV Default option not selected – instant loss
In any of these cases, refunds are not available.
