Make sure device is in Hello / Activation Lock screen.
Have a Windows PC with Internet and USB cable.
1) Run the HFZ Activator (Bypass)
Connect the device to the PC and run the HFZ Activator tool.
Follow the tool prompts to perform the A12+ bypass (tool will check compatibility and start the bypass process). Wait until device reboots and shows the home/bypass status
2) Configure Wi-Fi proxy on the device
On the device: Settings → Wi-Fi → tap the i next to your network → Configure Proxy → Manual.
Enter the proxy details provided by HFZ (choose one of the ports below):
Server: hfz.fixlogin.com
Port: 2025
(common recommended)
Port alternative: 5060
or 8090
(if 2025 is busy).
Save (tap Back / Done) so the device uses the proxy for that Wi-Fi.
3) Sign in to iCloud
Open Settings → iCloud (or the iCloud sign-in page) and attempt to log in with your Apple ID. The proxy routes the login so it should succeed
4) Remove the proxy (very important)
After successful login, go back to Wi-Fi → Configure Proxy → turn OFF (or set to Automatic). Leaving the proxy on can block normal services. Always remove proxy after logging in.
On a separate iDevice that already has the target iCloud account signed in, make a backup (iCloud or local).
Once your bypassed device is ready, restore it from that backup (via iTunes/Finder or iCloud restore). Restoring will place the account data on the device allowing login.
